# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • The contrast between cold creamy yogurt and crisp granola makes breakfast feel like a treat instead of a routine
  • You can assemble these in under ten minutes while half awake and still feel like you have your life together
  • These look beautiful in clear glasses and somehow make regular Tuesday mornings feel special
02 -
  • Granola gets sad fast so serve these right after assembling or that beautiful crunch turns into mush within thirty minutes
  • Clear glasses are not just for aesthetics because being able to see the layers actually motivates people to eat breakfast
  • The fruit releases liquid as it sits so if you need to make these ahead keep the granola separate and add it right before serving
03 -
  • Slice bananas right before serving because they oxidize and turn brown which is fine for taste but looks less appetizing in clear glass
  • Use room temperature fruit instead of cold from the fridge because the flavors actually come through better when they are not ice cold
  • Buy plain yogurt and sweeten it yourself so you control the sugar and can adjust based on how sweet your fruit is that day
