# How to Make It:
01 - Set oven to 400°F and place a 10-inch oven-safe skillet inside to heat.
02 - Whisk cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl.
03 - In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, and melted butter until smooth.
04 - Make a well in dry ingredients; pour wet mixture in and fold gently until just combined.
05 - Remove hot skillet from oven, add a small knob of butter, and swirl to coat.
06 - Pour batter into skillet and smooth the surface evenly.
07 - Bake 18–20 minutes until golden and a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
08 - Melt butter and honey together in a small saucepan or microwave while cornbread bakes.
09 - Brush the honey butter glaze over the top immediately after baking.
10 - Allow to cool slightly before slicing; serve warm.
